A catch of a lifetime, is not always a record breaker. Watching Ginny catch her biggest fish yet ( #2 of her career), made me one proud dad. This 4lb bass gave us a fit on the Barbie rod, especially from the kayak. We love watching kids have fun, inquire about our family fishing options.

Last week we wrapped up commercial bluefin season. Our last trip didn’t produce a tuna, but we did catch a couple makos, including this 175lber that made it home to the grill. We are almost finished in the boat yard, and excited for upcoming season. The time is now to book a tog trip, which will remain open until April 31st. The spring tog fishing is typically fast and furiously, with an excellent chance at a nice limit. The next fishery will be the trophy red and black drum during May and June, which is a personal favorite. We will also have a trophy striper fishery from May- June 15th. Due to the new NOAA regulations, Cobia season will likely close June 20th, and we have a couple dates left. If you want to keep a trophy Cobia, act fast as we have a very small window. As always, we enjoy our family fishing trips, to include smaller fish with big smiles. The next 5 months will be action packed, so give us a call ASAP to book your trip…757-620-6397!!
